What this site is
TrainMath is a small, independent collection of strength, running and nutrition calculators. Each tool publishes the exact formula it uses (Epley/Brzycki/Lombardi for 1RM, Riegel for race prediction, Mifflin-St Jeor for calorie needs, a site-selected 1.6–2.2 g/kg planning range for protein, which is not a direct quotation of the ISSN recommendation), a worked example you can verify with a pocket calculator, and honest limitations.
What this site is not
No fake authors, no stock-photo "team", no invented credentials. There is no person here pretending to be someone they are not — the calculation methods and site assumptions are explained on the tool pages. A named equation is not a guarantee of individual accuracy.
How the numbers are made
The calculator scripts process the entered calculation values locally in your browser. The site also uses analytics and advertising that may make network requests, as described in the Privacy Policy. The pages distinguish named equations from site-selected averages, activity factors and planning presets. Where the 1RM equations disagree, each result and the site’s arithmetic mean are shown; neither the mean nor the spread establishes a personal accuracy range.
